Management and Program Analyst

Are you an analytical professional with experience evaluating programs, processes, or organizational operations? Are you interested in using data, analysis, and process improvement to help organizations operate more effectively? If so, we are looking for Management and Program Analysts to support management initiatives by evaluating programs, analyzing operational data, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. If selected for this position, your duties may include, but are not limited to the following: Conduct studies and analyses of program and administrative operations to identify opportunities for improvement. Gather, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to support management decisions. Develop reports, procedures, performance measures, and recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness. Provide analytical support and advice to management on program and operational issues. Coordinate with stakeholders to collect information, present findings, and support implementation of improvements.
