Consumer Travel & Lifestyle Consultant – Permanent Contract – Italian, English & Spanish Speaker | Full-Time Night Shifts
Join our Consumer Travel team as a Travel & Lifestyle Consultant, where you will deliver exceptional service and personalized travel solutions to our Premium Card Members. In this role, you will manage a wide variety of travel and lifestyle requests, providing end-to-end support, expert guidance, and tailored recommendations while delivering the premium service experience American Express is known for.
This is a permanent, full-time, fully virtual position, giving you the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Spain. As part of our overnight operation, you will work rotating night shifts to ensure continuous service coverage and business continuity.
- Deliver exceptional travel and lifestyle servicing to Premium Card Members, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to world-class customer experience.
- Manage travel reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and a broad range of travel and lifestyle requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide proactive, personalized solutions while confidently handling complex or time-sensitive travel situations.
- Build strong relationships with Card Members by understanding their individual needs and delivering tailored recommendations.
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, operational procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to team performance by consistently meeting productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Support a positive team environment through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in Italian, English, and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, travel, hospitality, or another premium service environment is preferred.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships with customers.
- Availability to work permanent rotating overnight shifts.
- Flexibility to work weekends and Bank Holidays on a rotational basis.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
