Accountabilities:

    The professional will be responsible for leading planning and control activities related to economic regulation, concession management, and financial analysis. The role requires strong interaction with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate evaluations, compliance, and strategic support.

    • Develop economic and financial rebalancing requests for concession contracts, ensuring accurate analysis and documentation.
    • Lead tariff adjustment and review processes, maintaining alignment with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
    • Prepare economic and financial feasibility studies for investments, contract reviews, and new business opportunities.
    • Create and validate technical opinions, management reports, and executive presentations to support leadership decisions.
    • Act as a technical reference in regulatory matters, connecting financial, operational, legal, and engineering teams.
    • Represent the organization in technical discussions with regulatory agencies, government authorities, and sector entities.
    • Monitor regulatory, contractual, and legislative changes, assessing impacts, risks, and opportunities.
    • Validate regulatory indicators, calculations, and information submitted to external entities.
    • Maintain work equipment and comply with internal procedures related to quality, environment, and occupational safety.
    • Perform additional related activities according to business needs and leadership guidance.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate combines strong financial analysis skills, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage complex projects in a collaborative environment.

      • Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, Engineering, or related fields.
      • Professional experience in economic regulation and concession contract management.
      • Experience managing tariff processes, contractual analysis, economic-financial studies, and interactions with regulatory bodies.
      • Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, investment feasibility analysis, reporting, executive presentations, and data analysis.
      • Strong ability to interpret indicators and transform data into strategic recommendations.
      • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
      • Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
      • Availability for travel.
      • Availability to relocate will be considered a differentiator.
