Accountabilities
- Map, document, and continuously optimize end-to-end revenue and ABM processes focused on pipeline generation and conversion efficiency.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable workflows using automation tools, no-code/low-code platforms, and AI agents.
- Build and manage intelligent segmentation systems for account targeting, leveraging intent signals, behavioral data, and market insights.
- Develop data enrichment processes for accounts and contacts, ensuring high-quality CRM information and reliable data flows.
- Create AI-powered assets and agents for personalized account-based content such as customized outreach materials, case studies, and videos.
- Design and execute multichannel outbound and inbound workflows across email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting platforms.
- Automate CRM data capture, updates, and enrichment to ensure pipeline accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Monitor performance metrics across revenue operations processes and AI-driven workflows, identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and strategic partners to evolve and scale demand generation initiatives.
- Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, Data Analytics, or similar roles in B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels, ICP definition, account segmentation, and pipeline generation strategies.
- Hands-on experience with automation and workflow tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Practical experience with AI applications, including large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Experience integrating systems through APIs and managing structured data flows across platforms.
- Familiarity with outbound and inbound demand generation strategies and marketing operations frameworks.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical thinking, execution focus, and ability to translate strategy into scalable operational systems.
- Nice to have: experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM), outbound cadences, enrichment tools such as Apollo or ZoomInfo, and Salesforce pipeline management.
