This position requires very close communications across different teams in the region such as sales and customer engineering team. The key roles are as below. System solutions promotion: Promote Snapdragon Digital Chassis solutions for AD/ADAS including stack and for domain consolidation and software defined vehicle through the next generation E/E architecture discussion with car OEM and strategic Tier1. Requirement capturing: Capture customer demand from car OEM and tier1, and capture Japan market trend from communication with automotive industry eco system. Share those with San Diego product team and promote to support those for the next gen product. Lead relationship building with industry players. Review business development strategies to ensure alignment with overall corporate strategies. Business development: Establish relation with senior director and manager level of customers and develop new opportunity together with San Diego product team and sales team. Eco system: Seek 3rd party who to contribute adding Snapdragon automotive AD/ADAS and Flex solution value and build alliance with them and offer customers to provide solutions jointly. Key Criteria:Understanding of whole automotive system E/E architecture and it’s trend, especially AD/ADAS system. Understanding of automotive industry requirement, development cycle and business decision criteria. Relation and contact with key player of automotive customer and partners. More than 8 years of automotive system architecture design, development related experience. More than 3years project management experience. Experience of business development create 3rd party eco system. International experience, knowing cultural differences, good English and Japanese skills. Regular reports and strategic planning for regional business.Preferred Qualifications:Dynamic communication abilities and a creative and collaborative attitude. Team player, strongly self-motivated, Vision of innovation, open/flexible proposal. Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field and 4+ years of Field Application Engineering or related work experience. ORMaster's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field and 3+ years of Field Application Engineering or related work experience.
