Accountabilities:
- Define and own the direct-to-consumer marketing strategy, annual goals, and quarterly priorities, translating business objectives into actionable growth plans.
- Identify opportunities across the customer funnel, including acquisition, conversion, appointment booking, engagement, and retention.
- Build scalable marketing frameworks for customer acquisition across digital and physical market channels.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new market launches and expansion initiatives.
- Lead strategy across key DTC channels, including paid media, search, social, display, streaming, SEO, content, website, lifecycle marketing, and digital growth.
- Provide strategic direction across marketing functions, ensuring alignment between channel owners, creative teams, and business priorities.
- Manage external agency partnerships, ensuring accountability for performance, efficiency, and measurable outcomes.
- Establish measurement frameworks, KPIs, reporting structures, and operating rhythms to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
- Partner with Product, Data, Clinical, Contact Center, and business teams to align marketing strategies with customer experience and operational goals.
- Serve as a senior marketing representative by presenting insights, recommendations, and strategic perspectives to leadership teams.
- Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints while developing creative strategies tailored to different audiences and channels.
- Drive quarterly planning, prioritization, and execution processes to improve speed, collaboration, and impact.
- 7+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership experience in direct-to-consumer marketing roles.
- Proven experience developing and owning DTC strategies that drive measurable growth, acquisition, and conversion improvements.
- Strong expertise across consumer acquisition channels, including paid media, SEO, content, lifecycle marketing, social, and digital growth.
- Demonstrated ability to use analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities, optimize investments, and guide decision-making.
- Experience managing external agencies and holding partners accountable to business outcomes.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence teams across Product, Data, Operations, and Clinical functions.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and the ability to connect brand-building initiatives with performance outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights, recommendations, and priorities to senior stakeholders.
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, consumer healthcare, or regulated industries is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing compliance considerations, including privacy requirements and responsible health communication practices, is a plus.

- Competitive annual base salary range of $150,000–$200,000 depending on experience, qualifications, location, and market factors.
