Shaping how technology supports long‑term business growth, operational efficiency, and innovation. This high‑impact international leadership role requires a strong business mindset, the ability to interact with senior stakeholders, and a pragmatic understanding of how technology creates value.This position is central to supporting the Eurofins network’s strategic transition toward IT centralisation. As an IT Leader, you will ensure that the Clinical Diagnostics division aligns with Group-wide standards, reduces local development, and fully adopts shared platforms and governance frameworks.Key Responsibilities:In this role you and your team are the first point of contact for the business for any kind of issue or demand for IT Solutions in Clinical Diagnostics Germany. Additionally, you will be the interface to the Group IT Solutions, which deliver your business’ main IT services like LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), CRM, Finance & Accounting etc.You will need to arbitrate and understand together with Group IT Solutions, which IT Application you keep regional (e.g. for integrating with local healthcare providers) and which will be provided by Group IT Solutions. Identifying and agreeing on the IT requirements is an important part of this arbitration process.In your daily business you will support & operate the regional IT Solutions. You will regularly monitor the cost and yearly budget for next year’s cost.Your IT Application will run on-premise and in cloud. You will have to evaluate what is the best fit and in which case, which IT Application runs best in cloud or on-premise.The combination of efficiency, effectiveness and stability will be your key to success. Finding the optimal solution for your business is your challenge.Strategy & business alignmentDefine and communicate the IT vision and roadmap aligned with regional and global business & IT strategy.Facilitate an efficient IT application landscape using Group IT Solutions and regional IT Solutions to stimulate growth targets and increase profitability.Act as a strategic liaison between regional business units and Group IT, ensuring mutual understanding, alignment, and the smooth adoption of centralised solutions.Maintain an outward looking approach, proactively scout emerging technologies and assess digital trends to continuously modernise Clinical Diagnostics’ IT landscape.Actively benchmark with other Eurofins business lines to leverage best practices, avoid duplication, and accelerate IT maturity across Clinical Diagnostics.Development, Delivery, Operations & GovernanceLead the regional IT Solution organisation, including development, delivery, and its support & operations.Improve alignment and maturity across local businesses by developing a regional coordination model, ensuring that key roles are embedded in the broader IT strategy and...
