Senior Analyst, Total Rewards, Compensation DeliveryOverviewThe Senior Analyst, Total Rewards, Compensation Delivery supports both the execution and ongoing transformation of Mastercard's compensation delivery operations. This role works across multiple compensation programs, helping ensure programs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with strong operational discipline.
In addition to supporting day-to-day program execution, this role will contribute to initiatives focused on process improvement, standardization, automation, and operational excellence. The individual will partner with stakeholders across the organization to strengthen how compensation programs are managed, governed, and delivered globally.
This role offers broad exposure across the Compensation Delivery portfolio, providing opportunities to support both operational execution and strategic initiatives across multiple compensation programs.
Role
• Support operational execution of compensation programs across the Compensation Delivery portfolio, including annual compensation cycles, sales compensation, market pricing and job architecture, and equity compensation.
• Coordinate program activities, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Perform data validation, reconciliations, reporting, testing, and quality reviews to support accurate and auditable program delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Compensation Design, P&C Technology, Global Business Solutions Center (GBSC) and external vendors to support operational readiness and issue resolution.
• Support Tier 2 escalations by researching issues, coordinating stakeholders, and helping drive timely resolution.
• Develop reports and analyses to support decision-making and program effectiveness.
• Support Compensation Delivery transformation initiatives focused on process simplification, governance, controls, and automation.
• Assist with project planning, milestone tracking, and managing deliverables across multiple transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and process flows.
• Support KPI reporting, incident tracking, and governance activities.
• Support audit, compliance, and control-related activities.
All About You
• Experience supporting compensation, total rewards, HR operations, or a related function.
• Foundational knowledge of compensation programs, processes, and systems.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience working with data, reporting, and process analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, particularly when working with sensitive employee data.
• Experience with process improvement, change initiatives, or operational projects preferred.
• Experience with Workday, compensation planning systems, market pricing tools, equity administration platforms, or HR technologies preferred.
