**Your role and responsibilities**
Responsibilities
* Monitor and maintain network devices at DC/DR/NDR sites
* Handle network issues: ticketing, troubleshooting, and escalation
* Perform basic configuration changes as per SOPs
* Share daily reports on device health and network alerts
* Support L2 engineers with issue resolution
* Coordinate with DC teams and service providers
* Maintain network device inventory and architecture diagrams
* Participate in DR drills
* Perform basic cabling (crimping, routing, etc.)

Requirements
* CCNA certification with 3 years of Experience
* Eductional Qualification - Diploma / bachelor degree
* Basic knowledge of networking and devices (Cisco, Juniper)
* Understanding of troubleshooting and IT support
* Familiarity with data center or hybrid cloud environments

* Knowledge of ITSM (incident/problem management)
Exposure to support/monitoring tools
**Required technical and professional expertise**
• Networking Knowledge Base: Exposure to a solid base of networking knowledge, including hardware and software products, to provide technical support expertise.
• Technical Certification: Experience working with Digital Technical Certifications, such as Cisco CCNA / Juniper JNCIA.
• Technical Documentation Skills: Experience working with technical documentation for service personnel and clients, analyzing knowledge centers for different Networking technologies.
