Accountabilities:

    • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for digital workshop operations solutions, ensuring alignment with operational goals and long-term business objectives.
    • Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with engineering, operations, design, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful digital products and enhance workshop workflows.
    • Identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve user experiences, and introduce innovative solutions that increase efficiency and scalability.
    • Manage product priorities, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure teams are focused on delivering maximum business and customer value.
    • Establish success metrics, monitor product performance, and use data-driven insights to guide future enhancements.
    • Advocate for user needs and operational excellence while promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Requirements:

      • Proven experience in digital product management, with experience leading product strategy, roadmaps, and execution for complex technology solutions.
      • Strong understanding of product development methodologies, agile practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
      • Experience working with operational systems, enterprise platforms, manufacturing, automotive, mobility, or similar complex environments is highly valued.
      • Ability to translate business challenges into clear product requirements and actionable solutions.
      • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
      • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams across different functions and levels.
      • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives from concept to completion.
