Accountabilities:

    • Register and maintain legal cases within the internal case management system.
    • Manage the closure of legal matters and ensure records remain accurate and up to date.
    • Prepare and submit requests related to court and appeal fees.
    • Provide administrative and operational support to lawyers and legal teams.
    • Conduct research on court websites to monitor case information and procedural updates.
    • Maintain organized legal documentation while ensuring compliance with established processes.
    • Requirements

      • Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Law (without OAB registration).
      • Previous experience or familiarity with administrative or legal support activities.
      • Ability to update and manage legal and administrative systems accurately.
      • Familiarity with researching legal proceedings through court portals.
      • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
      • Comfortable working with legal case management software.
      • Proactive, organized, and committed professional with strong communication skills.
      • Agile, solution-oriented mindset with willingness to ask questions and collaborate effectively.
