Accountabilities:
- Register and maintain legal cases within the internal case management system.
- Manage the closure of legal matters and ensure records remain accurate and up to date.
- Prepare and submit requests related to court and appeal fees.
- Provide administrative and operational support to lawyers and legal teams.
- Conduct research on court websites to monitor case information and procedural updates.
- Maintain organized legal documentation while ensuring compliance with established processes.
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Law (without OAB registration).
- Previous experience or familiarity with administrative or legal support activities.
- Ability to update and manage legal and administrative systems accurately.
- Familiarity with researching legal proceedings through court portals.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable working with legal case management software.
- Proactive, organized, and committed professional with strong communication skills.
