Accountabilities:

    As a Marketing Campaign & Project Specialist, you will support the successful delivery of integrated marketing initiatives by coordinating projects, managing communications, and ensuring campaigns are executed on time and to a high standard.

    • Execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with established business and marketing objectives.
    • Coordinate campaign activities across internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
    • Develop, edit, and manage marketing materials, including email campaigns, campaign briefs, landing pages, and supporting content.
    • Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline content creation, research, documentation, and day-to-day marketing operations.
    • Support demand generation initiatives through campaign planning, execution, tracking, and optimization.
    • Coordinate event marketing activities, including invitations, promotional communications, registration management, and post-event follow-up.
    • Create and maintain project plans, execution timelines, campaign trackers, and status reports.
    • Organize campaign documentation, marketing assets, and performance reporting materials.
    • Consolidate information from multiple marketing channels into clear documentation and actionable recommendations.
    • Monitor campaign execution and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an organized marketing professional with experience coordinating campaigns and managing projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

      • 3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, project management, communications, or a related field.
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
      • Proven experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns, demand generation initiatives, or event marketing programs.
      • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and meet deadlines.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration platforms.
      • Hands-on experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies.
      • Ability to quickly learn new systems, technologies, and business processes.
      • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and execution quality.
      • Experience working with B2B marketing teams is considered an asset.
      • Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, or project management software is preferred.
      • Understanding of marketing analytics, campaign reporting, paid media, and performance metrics is an advantage.
      • Experience supporting webinars, conferences, executive events, or customer engagement programs is beneficial.
      • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
      • A proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
