  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of pasteurisers, pipes, tanks, and related equipment.
  • Execute Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) and manual cleaning processes according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure all cleaning chemicals are used safely and in correct concentrations.
  • Inspect equipment before and after cleaning to verify hygiene standards are achieved.
  • Record and report cleaning activities, chemical usage, and any abnormalities.
  • Identify and report faults, leaks, or equipment issues to maintenance or supervisors.
  • Follow strict food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
  • Support production teams to ensure minimal disruption during cleaning schedules.
  • Participate in audits and assist with compliance requirements.
