We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and Competencies10+ years of business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data product delivery, ideally supporting finance, revenue, lead-to-cash, or enterprise reporting environmentsDemonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and testable acceptance criteriaStrong partnership skills across business and technology teams with the ability to influence design decisions and recommend practical, business-aligned solutionsExperience designing business-aligned data products, semantic models, reporting frameworks, and reusable analytics solutions in partnership with engineering teamsKnowledge of data modeling, Lakehouse and data warehousing concepts including dimensional modeling, semantic layers, data quality, lineage, and governanceExperience with Databricks, Microsoft Power BI, or comparable analytics platforms; familiarity with CRM and analytical source systems such as Salesforce is preferredStrong analytical mindset with the ability to validate data, challenge assumptions, and ensure reporting accuracy and usabilityDemonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
