Your Impact

- 正確かつタイムリーなForecastを提出
- 受注処理フォロー、インストールベースの精査(他部署との連携あり)
- プロセスやシステムの改善、理想的な方法論を推進
- 製品のロードマップ、業界の変化、競争の激しい業界について最新の知識を得
Your Experience
【必須要件】
- 3年以上の営業経験(Renewal Sales/Inside Sales/Channel Salesいずれか)
- Forecastを正確に予測する能力
- 営業目標の達成実績
- 新しい技術を素早く習得し、変化するニーズに適応を有する能力
- 生産的な人間関係を迅速に構築する能力
- Salesforce.comの使用実績
- 多数案件の管理、迅速なアップデート(見積作成含む)

- Enterprise営業経験
- 技術的バックグラウンド、セキュリティ、IT業界での経験が有ること

The Team
契約更新を行う内勤営業部門のチームとして、当社サブスクリプション型の製品を購入済みの顧客である法人企業、及びパートナー企業に対して、予め決められた契約更新のスケジュールに沿って適切なタイミングで担当顧客に対してコンタクトをとり、主に電話を利用して契約更新、アップセルの営業、及び更新手続を行っていただきます。
