Position Summary:

Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Concierge Care Navigator to join our Compass / Executive Health team. Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us create a highly personalized, seamless care experience for our Executive Health patients.

This role blends traditional frontline (patient access and administrative support) responsibilities with a concierge-level service model. The Concierge Care Navigator serves as the primary point of contact for patients and is accountable for coordinating and guiding patients through all aspects of their Executive Health visit, ensuring a high-quality, efficient, and hospitality-driven experience.

The Concierge Care Navigator provides patient access, scheduling, and visit coordination support while delivering a high-touch, personalized experience for Executive Health patients. This role is responsible for managing patient flow, coordinating across clinical and support services, and ensuring each patient’s visit is seamless from arrival through completion.

This position requires strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve in real time, and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

 

Required Qualifications:

This role requires a BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required and maintained. On-line BLS certification is not acceptable.

Must meet one of the following:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing. Must maintain a current state license of practical nursing. 

 

            OR

 

Medical Assistant (MA): Graduate from a Medical Assisting program accredited by “The Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES).

 

            OR

 

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT): Graduate of an accredited EMT program and current Minnesota EMT License

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:

    • Knowledge of medical terminology and clinic workflows
    • Experience with scheduling systems and/or electronic medical records (e.g., Epic)
    • Proven ability to provide high-level customer service or concierge-style support

 

  • Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:

    • Clinical Certification – preferred  

 

  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Ability to deliver exceptional, patient-centered service with professionalism and empathy
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
    • Ability to coordinate complex schedules and workflows across multiple departments
    • Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
    • Ability to remain flexible and calm in dynamic or high-demand situations
    • Operate personal computer utilizing email, calendar, spreadsheet and word processing applications.
