Accountabilities:
- Provide expert advisory support to partner nation intelligence organizations to strengthen operational effectiveness and institutional capacity.
- Develop, design, and deliver intelligence training programs covering planning, operations, doctrine, policy, and tradecraft across multiple disciplines.
- Translate U.S. and NATO intelligence doctrine into accessible, practical instructional content tailored for foreign military audiences.
- Produce strategic intelligence documents, training materials, and doctrinal guidance supporting mission objectives and capacity-building initiatives.
- Mentor and advise senior intelligence personnel and leadership teams on best practices, processes, and operational frameworks.
- Support intelligence-related disciplines such as OSINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, TECHINT, and MASINT as required.
- Contribute to curriculum design, instructional methodologies, and capability development strategies for partner organizations.
- Engage in both remote advisory work and in-person field engagements during OCONUS deployments.
- Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access.
- Extensive experience producing finished intelligence products within the U.S. Intelligence Community, including support to Defense Intelligence Agency missions.
- Prior senior-level leadership experience (GS/GG-12+, senior NCO E-8/E-9, mid-grade officer or equivalent contractor leadership role).
- Proven experience designing and delivering intelligence training programs for military or government audiences.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and NATO intelligence doctrine, operational frameworks, and joint service intelligence practices.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, advise, and train intelligence professionals in operational and strategic environments.
- Experience drafting strategic intelligence, doctrine, policy, or defense-related analytical documents.
- Familiarity with multiple intelligence disciplines (OSINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, TECHINT, MASINT).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level briefing skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including within CENTCOM areas of responsibility.
- Part-time engagement with flexible monthly workload (30–50 hours non-travel; 80–90 hours during travel periods)
