Accountabilities:
- Define and lead a unified UX and content design strategy across multiple products, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with customer and business goals.
- Establish scalable UX governance frameworks, design standards, and interaction patterns across teams and product lines.
- Drive the evolution and adoption of a centralized design system to support consistency and speed of execution.
- Partner with Product and Engineering executives to align on strategy, prioritization, and delivery of key initiatives.
- Embed UX and content design early in product discovery and development processes to improve outcomes and reduce rework.
- Lead initiatives that improve UX quality, accessibility, and adoption of AI-enabled product experiences, defining measurable success metrics.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Operations, and Escalation teams to translate user pain points into actionable experience improvements.
- Build, lead, and scale high-performing UX, content design, and research teams, including coaching managers and senior individual contributors.
- Establish operating models, performance standards, and decision-right frameworks to enable efficient cross-functional execution.
- Champion the adoption of AI-powered design tools and workflows to enhance productivity, quality, and innovation.
- 10+ years of experience in UX, product design, or content design within complex B2B or enterprise technology environments.
- 5+ years of experience leading large, multi-disciplinary design and research organizations at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven executive-level experience influencing Product and Engineering strategy in large organizations.
- Strong expertise in scaling UX systems across multi-product platforms and building high-performing design organizations.
- Deep knowledge of user-centered design, accessibility standards, and content clarity in complex or regulated environments.
- Demonstrated ability to align senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and customer-facing functions.
- Experience integrating AI and emerging technologies into both product experiences and design team workflows.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational alignment skills with a focus on clarity and execution excellence.
