This is a senior executive design leadership role responsible for shaping end-to-end user experience strategy across a complex, multi-product healthcare technology ecosystem. Accountabilities:

    • Define and lead a unified UX and content design strategy across multiple products, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with customer and business goals.
    • Establish scalable UX governance frameworks, design standards, and interaction patterns across teams and product lines.
    • Drive the evolution and adoption of a centralized design system to support consistency and speed of execution.
    • Partner with Product and Engineering executives to align on strategy, prioritization, and delivery of key initiatives.
    • Embed UX and content design early in product discovery and development processes to improve outcomes and reduce rework.
    • Lead initiatives that improve UX quality, accessibility, and adoption of AI-enabled product experiences, defining measurable success metrics.
    • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Operations, and Escalation teams to translate user pain points into actionable experience improvements.
    • Build, lead, and scale high-performing UX, content design, and research teams, including coaching managers and senior individual contributors.
    • Establish operating models, performance standards, and decision-right frameworks to enable efficient cross-functional execution.
    • Champion the adoption of AI-powered design tools and workflows to enhance productivity, quality, and innovation.
    • Requirements:

      • 10+ years of experience in UX, product design, or content design within complex B2B or enterprise technology environments.
      • 5+ years of experience leading large, multi-disciplinary design and research organizations at scale.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
      • Proven executive-level experience influencing Product and Engineering strategy in large organizations.
      • Strong expertise in scaling UX systems across multi-product platforms and building high-performing design organizations.
      • Deep knowledge of user-centered design, accessibility standards, and content clarity in complex or regulated environments.
      • Demonstrated ability to align senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and customer-facing functions.
      • Experience integrating AI and emerging technologies into both product experiences and design team workflows.
      • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational alignment skills with a focus on clarity and execution excellence.
