Private Wealth, Client Associate (San Francisco)
The Wealth Manager Client Service Associate (CSA) plays a critical role in supporting one of Citizens Private Wealth's top-performing Wealth Management teams in the San Francisco market. This highly visible position offers the opportunity to partner closely with experienced Wealth Managers and serve a sophisticated, high-net-worth client base, helping deliver an exceptional client experience at every stage of the relationship.
In this role, the CSA is responsible for leading client onboarding, servicing existing relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day client needs. The successful candidate will build trusted relationships with affluent clients and their families, acting as a key point of contact and providing white-glove service tailored to their unique financial goals. The CSA also supports ongoing client engagement through proactive communication, sharing investment updates, market insights, and performance reporting, while helping to strengthen and deepen client relationships.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- Candidates may be required to hold Series 7 & 66 or 63/65
- Undergraduate degree a plus
- Foundational knowledge of investment and banking products
- Detail oriented and customer focused
- Professional verbal and written communication
- Prior brokerage or RIA experience

Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $37.50 - $47.59 per hour, plus an opportunity to earn additional discretionary incentive earnings. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
