As a Customer Excellence Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for coordinating project logistics and freight forwarding operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and customer-focused service delivery. You will act as the primary point of contact for local project logistics activities, managing operational execution, supporting customer relationships, and contributing to business growth while ensuring company standards and operational objectives are met.
How you create impact
- Plan and coordinate project logistics shipments, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Follow standard operating procedures, customer requirements, and company policies in day-to-day operations.
- Help improve processes, systems, and ways of working to increase efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure all work complies with HSSE, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing timely communication and reliable service.
- Identify opportunities to improve service and support customer retention and business growth.
- Manage financial and administrative tasks, including purchase orders, invoices, accruals, cost tracking, and related documentation.
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate billing, timely invoicing, compliance with contract requirements, and smooth service delivery.
What we would like you to bring
- 3+ years of experience in project logistics, freight forwarding, or multimodal transport operations.
- Knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry; experience in FMCG and beverage logistics is a plus.
- Dangerous Goods (DG) certification is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
