If you are someone who loves working in a fast-paced startup environment, a true perfectionist, an organization freak and are passionate about Health and Safety processes, Glovo is your place!THE JOURNEYSupport and control all Health and Safety matters according to the Spanish lawSupport our people and business, leading the company to prevent work-related accidents and to be in compliance with the local regulationDesign and propose measures aimed at correcting the risks detected, both at a technical and organizational level, and at improving working conditionsCarry out internal audits across the different workplaces.Cooperate with the international team, helping them in H & S aspects, when neededDesign work instructions and revise them periodicallyManage labour inspections related to occupations risk preventionCarry out an investigation of occupational accidentsManagement and distribution of PPE to employeesCreate emergency plans and to perform emergency drillsImpart and follow up the completion status of the H & S trainingManagement of health surveillanceCoordination of business activities (CAE)Coordination of external providersQualificationsABOUT YOUMaster in Labor Risk Prevention, according to the Spanish regulation (3 specialities)Previous experience handling H&S responsibilities.Advance Office/Google Sheets skillsFluent English (written and spoken)Able to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment and work with different levels of managementOrganized, proactive and creativeHands-on profile/mindsetGreat communication skillsEven if it seems you don't meet our musts don't let it stop you, we are all about finding the best talent out there!
