Responsibilities
What You’ll Do / Your Impact
Client Partnership & Service Excellence
- Partner with clients to support employee benefits programs and deliver a high level of customer service
- Work cooperatively with Account Managers throughout the entire renewal lifecycle including pre renewal quoting implementation and final wrap up
- Respond to client inquiries complaints and service requests via phone and email ensuring timely and accurate communication
- Maintain detailed records of client inquiries including tracking and documenting activity within systems
Operational & Compliance Excellence
- Administer benefits programs including enrollments terminations and other account changes and reconcile updates with monthly carrier invoices
- Maintain accurate documentation in systems and ensure compliance with carrier requirements and internal processes
- Fully understand and execute carrier submission requirements ensuring accuracy in documentation and workflows
- Work closely with internal teams regarding benefits administration COBRA and compliance activities
- Leverage reporting tools and data to support account administration and ensure operational accuracy
Growth & Retention
- Support renewal and quoting processes to ensure timely and effective program delivery
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients carriers and vendors
- Identify trends in customer feedback and escalate issues to management to improve service delivery
- Assist in managing multiple accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and follow up
Qualifications
What You Bring
Required
- Experience in client service employee benefits or insurance related environment
- Strong customer service skills with ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Knowledge of benefits administration enrollment processes and compliance considerations
- Excellent communication collaboration and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately
Preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong emphasis on Excel
- Experience working with agency management systems or enrollment platforms
- Familiarity with COBRA and benefits administration tools
- Analytical skills with ability to interpret data and support decision making

Additional Information
Compensation:Salary range: $50,000
