We are looking for a highly motivated Trainer – French & English to join our dynamic learning and development team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping employee success by delivering impactful training programs, building capabilities, and ensuring learners are fully prepared to excel in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.

Your Mission
As a Trainer – French & English, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training programs that equip employees with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed.
You will act as a learning expert and trusted partner to operations, supporting employee development from onboarding through production readiness while continuously enhancing training effectiveness and learner performance.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Learning Excellence
Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual training sessions in both French and English.
Monitor learner progress throughout the training lifecycle and provide constructive coaching and developmental feedback.
Deliver onboarding, product, process, and soft-skills training programs.
Utilize innovative facilitation techniques, adult learning principles, and interactive learning methodologies.
Ensure training sessions are engaging, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
Prepare and present learning materials through instructor-led sessions, demonstrations, workshops, and practical activities.
Performance Coaching & Learner Development
Assess learner readiness and provide recommendations for successful transition into production environments.
Identify performance gaps and deliver targeted coaching interventions.
Support employees in developing communication, problem-solving, customer experience, and operational skills.
Foster a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages growth and confidence.
Operational Partnership & Business Support
Collaborate closely with Operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from training to production.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes.
Participate in client meetings, calibration sessions, and operational reviews when required.
Ensure training content remains relevant, accurate, and aligned with business needs.
Training Design & Continuous Improvement
Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of training materials and learning resources.
Contribute to the creation of instructor guides, job aids, e-learning modules, and other training content.
Gather and analyze learner feedback through surveys, interviews, assessments, and focus groups.
Recommend curriculum and content improvements based on business requirements and training needs analysis.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing training effectiveness and learner performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Build strong partnerships with operational leaders, quality teams, subject matter experts, and other key stakeholders.
Maintain effective and consistent communication across teams and functions.
Act as a trusted advisor on learning and development best practices.
Support organizational change initiatives through effective training and communication strategies.
Learning Culture & Knowledge Management
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
Stay informed about process updates, policy changes, system enhancements, and product releases.
Share knowledge and best practices across teams.
Contribute to the ongoing development of organizational training standards and learning excellence.
What You Bring
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
2–4 years of experience in training, learning & development, coaching, or a related field.
Experience delivering training in customer service, operations, BPO, or contact center environments is considered a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of adult learning methodologies and modern training techniques.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and operational stakeholders.
Language Requirements
French – C1 level or higher (mandatory) with the ability to facilitate training sessions confidently and professionally.
English – C1 level or higher (mandatory) for effective communication in a multicultural and international environment.
Skills & Competencies
