Functional Role (Job Description)
Team Manager – O2C: In this role the resource responsibility is to lead contract set-up and revenue recognition activities for NTTL APAC within the GBSS function of NTT DATA. You will oversee end-to-end O2C operations spanning multiple APAC countries, support internal and external stakeholders on contract set-up, billing, and cash application matters, and ensure timely month-end close within defined SLAs. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

MBA/ICWA/CA (Intermediate) a plus
Work Experience
5 to 6 years of Order to Cash experience, including 1 to 2 in a Supervisory role. Proven experience in Contracts set-up, Billing and Cash Application role is a must. Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP) and strong MS Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise contract set-up, billing, and cash application for NTTL APAC, ensuring accuracy and SLA adherence.
- Drive month-end close activities on time with strong governance and controls.
- Maintain regular governance with the Senior Manager, providing weekly updates on team performance and client matters.
- Identify and escalate non-compliance issues; implement preventive and detective control checks to minimize errors.
- Plan and manage team capacity, leave schedules, and floor coverage across business days.
- Conduct periodic team meetings and 1:1s; provide coaching, feedback, and performance management.
- Ensure timely and consistent maintenance of operational trackers (e.g., volume, productivity, SLA metrics).
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve queries and drive process improvements.
