Accountabilities:
- Collect, organize, and prepare information for user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and technical reports supporting defense logistics operations.
- Edit and maintain functional descriptions, system specifications, operational procedures, and other technical documentation for accuracy and clarity.
- Support financial and administrative tasks related to program operations and documentation workflows.
- Maintain and update internal documentation libraries, ensuring all materials are current, organized, and accessible.
- Assist in preparing systems, programming, and operational documentation under general supervision.
- Coordinate specialized documentation services and support stakeholder requests as needed.
- Translate complex technical and business system information into clear, structured deliverables for varied audiences.
- 2+ years of experience in a business analyst, technical documentation, or similar analytical role supporting structured operational environments.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) lifecycle management processes and frameworks such as DoD 5000.1, 5000.2, and related guidance.
- Strong ability to assemble technical documentation and perform detailed analysis of business and system functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and accurately.
- Ability to work independently under general supervision while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Must possess or be eligible for IT-III Non-Sensitive security clearance (Tier 1).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple documentation tasks simultaneously.
- Salary range: $50,000 – $75,000 annually
