Accountabilities:
- Own and manage senior-level client relationships across a portfolio of enterprise and high-growth B2B accounts, serving as the primary strategic and executive point of contact.
- Drive retention, renewal, upsell, and cross-sell strategies to maximize net revenue retention and long-term account growth.
- Develop and oversee integrated, cross-channel marketing strategies across Paid Media, SEO, Content, CRO, Creative, and RevOps to ensure cohesive execution.
- Take full commercial ownership of assigned accounts, including forecasting, margin health, scope management, and renewal negotiations.
- Lead executive-level reporting, QBRs, and strategic storytelling that connect marketing performance to business outcomes and revenue impact.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, delivery excellence, and proactive risk mitigation across all client engagements.
- Identify and resolve client risks early, managing escalations and safeguarding account health and satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide internal strategists and delivery teams to strengthen strategic thinking and commercial accountability across accounts.
- 7–12 years of experience in agency, client services, or strategic account management roles, ideally supporting B2B SaaS or technology clients.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex portfolios ($2M+), including ownership of renewals, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing disciplines including Paid Media, SEO, Content, CRO, Creative, and RevOps.
- Experience engaging and influencing senior client stakeholders at VP, CMO, and CRO level.
- Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to translate data and performance into clear business narratives.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing forecasts, margins, contracts, and renewal economics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority in fast-paced environments.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong operational discipline and attention to detail.
