Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy workflow automation and orchestration solutions using Camunda BPM and Camunda 8 within enterprise environments.
- Model and optimize business processes using BPMN 2.0, DMN, and industry best practices for scalable process design.
- Build and maintain Java-based microservices and REST APIs (Spring Boot) that integrate with Camunda workflows and enterprise systems.
- Integrate workflow solutions with databases, messaging systems, third-party platforms, and internal enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve workflow execution issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents in complex environments.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical workflow implementations.
- Contribute to solution architecture discussions and ensure adherence to BPM, coding, and cloud-native best practices.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and documentation to ensure reliable and high-quality delivery.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong expertise in Java (Java 11+ or higher).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Camunda BPM (Camunda 7 and/or Camunda 8) in production environments.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, SQL, and relational database design.
- Solid understanding of BPMN 2.0, DMN, workflow orchestration, and business process automation concepts.
- Experience designing and deploying microservices in cloud-native and containerized environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to document, explain, and defend technical decisions clearly.
