Marketing Manager, Global Capability Center (GCC)

As part of SEI’s global expansion, we are building a Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad, India, to scale core marketing execution, analytics, and content capabilities in partnership with our global marketing organization. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and develop this growing team, ensuring high‑quality delivery, strong alignment with global standards, and a scalable operating model.

This role provides day‑to‑day people leadership, delivery ownership, and operational oversight for the Hyderabad GCC marketing team. The Marketing Manager acts as the primary liaison between the GCC and global/onshore marketing teams, while ensuring local execution excellence. Each team member will maintain a dotted‑line relationship with their respective global functional team. This role reports to the Director of Marketing Operations in the United States.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the GCC and global/onshore marketing teams, aligning priorities, managing demand, and ensuring clear intake, scoping, resourcing, and accountability across workstreams.
  • Lead and develop the GCC marketing team, including hiring, onboarding, skills development, performance management, and supporting clear career progression paths for early‑career specialists.
  • Provide people and delivery leadership across the following areas: content enablement, RFP writing, marketing analytics and reporting, digital campaign execution, web content administration and marketing production design.  
  • Own delivery quality and outcomes across assigned marketing capability areas, ensuring defined SLAs, execution standards, governance practices, and performance expectations are consistently met.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement, partnering with onshore marketing and marketing operations leaders to refine workflows, documentation, tooling adoption, and ways of working.
  • Balance global demand with local capacity, managing prioritization, sequencing, and dependencies across functions and time zones.
  • Ensure the GCC’s work is measurement‑ready, compliant, well‑documented, and aligned to enterprise marketing standards and platforms.
  • Report on the value, impact, and maturity of GCC contributions, providing regular updates and insights to global marketing leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Support the evolution and scaling of the GCC, helping define future roles, capabilities, and operating models as global marketing needs expand.

What we need from you:

  • 7–10 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or marketing execution, with at least 2–3 years in a people management role.
  • Proven experience leading cross‑functional marketing teams spanning analytics, digital execution, web/CMS operations, content, and creative production.
  • Strong ability to operate within a matrixed global organization, balancing local accountability with global functional alignment.
  • Solid understanding of modern B2B marketing ecosystems, including platforms such as Salesforce, marketing automation tools, digital advertising platforms, analytics/BI tools, and CMS or DXP technologies.
  • Demonstrated strength in process definition, demand management, stakeholder communication, and performance reporting.
  • Experience building or scaling shared services, centers of excellence, or GCC‑style delivery models is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
