It’s real systems, at real scale, people solving some of the hardest challenges in technology today.We’re looking for people who want to build, solve, and operate at that level.Join us and let’s shape the future of data.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Internal Communications SupportAssist in preparing and sharing communication materials such as emails, newsletters, posters, and intranet contentSupport updating communication channels (e.g., internal platforms, digital signage)Help collect and organize content from teams for communication campaignsEmployee Engagement ActivitiesSupport the coordination of engagement programs such as events, workshops, and recognition activitiesAssist in logistics for engagement initiatives (venue, materials, communication, participant coordination)Help gather employee feedback through surveys or informal channelsContent Creation & CoordinationDraft simple communication content under guidance (announcements, event invitations, highlights)Support creation of basic visual materials using templates (e.g., PowerPoint, posters)Take photos or assist in documenting events and activitiesData Collection & ReportingHelp compile participation data and engagement feedbackSupport tracking of simple metrics (e.g., attendance, survey responses)Assist in preparing basic reports or summariesTeam & Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with internal teams (HR, Operations, Admin) to support engagement and communication initiativesFollow guidance from senior team members and contribute ideasThis position is part of our Early Career program at WD.
