Logistic Manager
As Logistic Manager, you will standardize domestic warehouse and optimization operations, strictly managing 3PL vendor performance and driving cost optimization across multiple sites in Vietnam. Additionally, you will gradually integrate and lead the full import and export functions to build a centralized, efficient logistics team.
You will directly report to SEA Logistics Manager & Country Supply Chain Manager.
Main Responsibilities
Safety management involves continuing to learn and master the relevant knowledge and policies of the country and the company in logistics safety. It also requires setting an example and preaching within the team to ensure that all staff can establish a sense of safety first. Additionally, we should integrate safety management into daily management work, and we should make suggestions on the company's processes and standards to improve the level of safety management, aiming for 0 accidents.
Shipping management involves coordinating and arranging the summary, sorting, and analysis of customer orders. It also includes arranging orders to appropriate suppliers. Additionally, shipping management requires conducting in-transit tracking and handling anomalies promptly to ensure customer requirements are met. Furthermore, it involves maintaining the standards and procedures for these operations. Finally, shipping management includes making suggestions on system optimization.
Warehouse management involves supervising and managing the receiving, storage, and delivery processes. We do this to ensure compliance with PPG's corresponding rules and regulations. Additionally, it includes dealing with abnormal problems, such as cargo damage and abnormal goods, promptly during warehousing activities.
In compliance with Customs Trade regulation and requirements, overall management in Import, Export and COO daily operational execution, process optimization and manage custom declaration lead time
Service management involves understanding customer needs through multiple means, including customer satisfaction surveys and return visits. This understanding enables continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, and the collection of opinions and suggestions from customers. Furthermore, it facilitates the prompt reporting, analysis, and processing of feedback. We also take measures to prevent similar situations from recurring.
Cost management involves helping provide logistics cost budget standards and data. It also ensures true and accurate expenses by accounting and other means. At the same time, it conducts comprehensive analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and proposes improvement suggestions and programs.
Personnel management is responsible for managing the establishment, recruitment, salary, welfare and training of team members. It is also responsible for employee labor relations, with the goal of improving employee engagement and production efficiency. (Engagement)
Supplier management involves supervising and auditing the operating process of suppliers under the framework and terms of the contract. This includes avoiding safety and quality accidents, conducting training, and ensuring suppliers complete their operations. Additionally, it requires improving operational efficiency and reducing costs. In the bidding process, supplier management also involves making requirements and suggestions on the selection of suppliers.
Site management is responsible for safety and 5S. The manager develops warehouse SOP processes. You will provide regular staff training. You will cooperate to complete work and result analysis of warehouse cycle inventory, monthly inventory, and year-end inventory. They also propose improvement plans.
Qualifications
Education background: Bachelor's degree or above
5 years and above of working experience in logistics, warehouse management, import and export, we prefer candidates with experience in chemical industry, we prefer those who have experience in hazardous chemical warehouse management.
we prefer integrity, leading by example, familiarity with laws and regulations, industry practices
Language requirement: English
Proficient in Microsoft Office software, proficient in EXCEL, Power BI, PPT, SAP, Oracle and other software
We prefer a hazardous chemicals management personnel certificate.
