Lead innovation in assessment methodology, training techniques, and procedural adherence to help crews overcome complex damage control challenges.
● Utilize advanced knowledge of Navy damage control systems, material readiness requirements, casualty response procedures, and modern survivability technologies — reinforced by recent hands‑on fleet experience — to conduct high‑fidelity assessments and deliver authoritative recommendations.
