GEICO is seeking a Specialty Lines Product Manager-Systems and Experience to help shape the future of our customer experience by leading product innovation and delivering technology-driven solutions that create real value. In this role, you'll guide a team of Product Managers, own a product roadmap, and partner across the business to deliver impactful customer and associate experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, supporting their growth and career development.

  • Own and prioritize the product roadmap for your area, balancing customer value, business impact, and delivery effort.

  • Define, measure, and optimize product success through key performance indicators (KPIs) and data-driven decision making.

  • Partner closely with technology, business, and operational teams to understand opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and deliver scalable solutions.

  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and results to stakeholders, demonstrating measurable business value.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer and associate needs to create innovative, user-focused experiences.

  • Foster agile ways of working and encourage a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

  • Participate in hiring, performance management, coaching, and team development activities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operating principles, and the Code of Conduct.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.

  • 6+ years of experience delivering customer- or associate-facing products.

  • 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in an Agile environment.

  • 4+ years of experience managing products through the full lifecycle, from concept to delivery.

  • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing Product Managers.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

  • Agile certifications (SAFe, Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, ICAgile, PMI-ACP, etc.) are a plus.

Annual Salary

$101,475.00 - $189,625.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
