The Opportunity
We're reimagining fashion shopping with AI avatars. To do this we're developing cutting-edge diffusion models and designing novel, personalized interfaces.
We're a small team of creative builders in NYC with a rare combination of taste and deep AI expertise. Previously we've shipped consumer products to millions at Apple, DeepMind, Meta, and startups. Backed by the investors behind OpenAI, Cursor, and SKIMS, our company is positioned at the intersection of AI, technology, and culture.
The Role
We're looking for a detail-obsessed AI Creative Associate to work in-person from our office in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Your taste will directly shape the quality of our AI models. You should have a genuinely great eye: you notice when the lighting is wrong, when a fabric drapes unnaturally or when something is almost right but not quite.
This is a paid, full-time summer position (part-time possible) with potential to extend longer term. Great opportunity for ambitious students and early-career creatives. No technical background or resume pedigree required.
As AI Creative Associate you will…
Help teach our AI models to be more tasteful
Use AI tools to generate and edit images to the highest standard
Write and refine prompts to hit a specific creative target output
Compare versions of our upcoming models and pick which look best
Pull visual references to inform creative direction
Build your own systems and workflows to work faster and smarter
Develop content briefs that are tight enough for creators to execute without extensive training
You’re a great fit if you…
Have great taste and can articulate why something works
Are obsessive about details, down to the pixel
Are organized and self-directed enough to run your own workstream
Work hard and take feedback without ego
Have already made AI tools part of how you get things done
Hold a high bar for excellence, in your creative work and in life
Take pride in making repetitive tasks more efficient
Are tapped into fashion culture
Learn new things fast
Bonus if you…
Have ever built a tool just for yourself to solve a problem in your own life
Have photo editing experience (Photoshop or similar)
Have a background or education in fashion, photography, or design
Are the friend everyone asks for moodboards and visual references
