We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.Role ScopeEngineer automated commissioning from the controls side: test sequences written into the control layer itself.Build the functional test library: every device and sequence in the reference design with an automated test to match.Run automated commissioning on live sites: execute, analyze, and disposition failures with the field team.Feed results upstream: design and controls standards fixed where tests keep failing.What We're Looking ForThe below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.You've commissioned building or data center control systems hands-on.You've written the test procedures, not just executed them.You program BMS or PLC platforms well enough to embed tests in logic.You analyze trend data to find the failure the point check missed.You've turned repeat findings into upstream fixes.Bonus: L4 and L5 commissioning at scale.
