Accountabilities:

    • Support climate risk management engagements by developing and applying methodologies, models, and processes related to physical and transition risk assessments.
    • Analyze the impact of climate-related risks on financial, operational, and strategic business areas.
    • Review climate stress scenarios, risk drivers, policies, and procedures to help clients strengthen their risk management frameworks.
    • Assist organizations in identifying, measuring, monitoring, and integrating climate risks into enterprise risk management processes.
    • Evaluate sustainability trends and translate their strategic, operational, and financial implications into actionable business insights.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and contribute to proposals, reports, and engagement deliverables.
    • Manage complex technical matters within the sustainability and climate risk discipline while maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Apply knowledge of relevant regulations, industry standards, and sustainability practices to support client objectives.
    • Contribute to a collaborative and innovative team environment while supporting professional development initiatives.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Macroeconomics, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Risk Management, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Analytics, or another STEM-related discipline.
      • Minimum of two years of professional experience in areas such as risk management, credit risk, statistical modeling, climate risk modeling, or financial risk management.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to assess complex issues and develop practical solutions.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
      • Strong professional presence with the confidence to collaborate with management-level clients and leadership teams.
      • Experience with SAS, R, Python, SQL, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
      • Knowledge or experience related to ESG reporting, sustainability initiatives, or climate-related disclosures is preferred.
      • Demonstrated curiosity, innovation, teamwork, and motivation to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
