As a Cost Controller, you’re not just ensuring the implementation of cost-effective measures throughout the Food & Beverage department – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Monitor department financial performance: Identify opportunities to enhance Food & Beverage department profitability and implement corrective actions
- Communicate financial insights: Prepare regular reports and lead weekly meetings to keep departments and leadership informed of trends and cost factors
- Collaborate with key stakeholders: Partner with hotel finance team members and the Food & Beverage department to drive financial accuracy and operational alignment
- Support department initiatives: Assist the Finance Lead with special projects that contribute to the overall success of the department
