Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Coordinator based out of our Mexico City office to join our People & Places Team, reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations. In this role, you will play a highly visible, people-facing role supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts, serving as a welcoming and engaging presence for candidates and new hires from first touch through day one and beyond. You will be the go-to person for new hire questions, help create a first-in-class onboarding experience, and support Talent Acquisition and Operations projects and programs. Be a Contributor — What you’ll do: 

  • Schedule complex candidate interviews for our Americas-based Talent Acquisition team
  • Prepare and send candidate offer letters using our applicant tracking system and electronic document system
  • Onboard new hires using our human capital management system and track required pre-hire task completion
  • Build strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and new hires across multiple countries and time zones
  • Serve as an energetic and responsive point of contact, creating a positive and memorable experience for candidates and new hires throughout the recruiting and onboarding journey
  • Host and lead new hire orientation on a weekly, ongoing basis, bringing energy, confidence, and a welcoming presence to every session
  • Engage new hires in an interactive way, helping them feel informed, excited, and connected as they begin their Infoblox journey
  • Participate in various recruiting projects on an as-needed basis
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve coordination efficiency, enhance the candidate and new hire experience, and support continuous improvement across Talent Acquisition Operations
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Operations teams
  • Adhere to the highest degree of professionalism and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion

Be Prepared — What You Bring:  

  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting support
  • Interest in continuous improvement to help drive and implement process changes
  • A warm, engaging, and proactive approach, with the ability to create a positive experience for candidates and new hires at every interaction
  • Confidence and enthusiasm in leading presentations and facilitating orientation sessions for groups with professionalism and energy
  • Keen attention to detail to catch even minor errors and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to get tactical tasks done, with the ability to pivot when necessary
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills (Spanish/English bilingual)
  • Impeccable integrity, including sound judgment and professionalism, as well as a forthright approach and willingness to give and receive open feedback to improve leadership and ensure business success
  • Excellent technology skills, including Microsoft Apps, HRIS/ATS (Oracle HCM and Recruiting Cloud an asset)
  • Comfort using AI and emerging technologies to streamline administrative tasks, improve communication, and support operational excellence; curiosity and adaptability to learn new tools quickly
  • Ability to build credible relationships with all stakeholders
  • Ability to operate in a positive, helpful, and proactive manner
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/human resources or similar preferred

Be Successful — Your Path

First 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors, and map the systems and stakeholders that rely on your work. 

Six Months: Understand the end-to-end recruiting and onboarding systems, processes, and tools like Oracle HCM and Recruiting Cloud, successfully onboard new hires with a high degree of autonomy, and have strong relationships with internal stakeholders

One Year: Be a trusted, go-to partner for recruiters and hiring managers, independently managing complex interview scheduling and onboarding workflows, driving continuous improvements in Talent Acquisition Operations, and serving as an inclusive culture ambassador who ensures every candidate and new hire has a seamless, welcoming Infoblox experience.
