Job Summary

The SPO organization is seeking execution-driven productivity leaders who combine strong field credibility with advanced analytics and program management expertise. These leaders are expected to operate at the intersection of data insights and field execution, enabling scalable and sustainable productivity impact across the organization. In this role, productivity leaders will drive global initiatives end-to-end, starting from data-driven opportunity identification, through prioritization and structured execution, and into long-term sustainment.

Key Responsibilities

  • They will be responsible for translating complex field data into actionable insights,

  • Build and manage a prioritized pipeline of improvement opportunities aligned with strategic business goals. 

  • The role requires leading cross-functional teams across regions and functions

  • Ensuring disciplined execution and delivery of measurable productivity gains. 

  • In parallel, these leaders will establish scalable mechanisms for adoption, including standard work, performance dashboards and structured change management frameworks to embed improvements into daily operations. 

  • Additionally, they will play a key role in governance and visibility, providing executive-level reporting, facilitating decision-making forums, and ensuring clear tracking of value realization. 

  • Success in this role is defined not only by delivering improvements, but by sustaining impact and enabling consistent, repeatable productivity across the global organization. 

Education & Background 

Minimum Education Requirement

  • Bachelors Degree In: 
    • Industrial Engineering 
    • Operations Management 
    • Mechanical / Systems Engineering 
    • Data Science / Analytics 

Preferred (nice to have) :

  • MBA 
  • Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) 
  • Program / Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile) 

  

Experience Requirements 

Core Experience (Must-Have) 

  • 3-5 years in: 
    • Operations / Service / Manufacturing 
    • Industrial engineering / productivity / CI roles 
  • Proven experience in: 
    • Cycle Time (CT) / Cost reduction 
    • Process improvement / Lean implementation 
    • Leading cross-functional initiatives 
  • Strong data orientation: 
    • Working with dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) 
    • Translating data into actionable improvements 
  • Change management & stakeholder influencing without authority 

Advanced / Differentiating Experience 

  • Experience in global programs (multi-region execution) 
  • Exposure to field operations 
  • Leading data tools adoption 

Driving end-to-end transformation (not just analysis)

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
