Accountabilities:
- Develop software solutions for complex business challenges using C# (.NET Framework and .NET Core) and SQL Server, ensuring alignment with product architecture and ecosystem standards.
- Design and implement scalable solutions while maintaining code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Maintain and improve existing systems through evolutionary and corrective development practices.
- Create and execute automated tests, including unit testing, TDD, and BDD approaches, while actively participating in code reviews.
- Monitor system performance, create and maintain alerts, investigate incidents, and contribute to improvements in platform stability.
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for optimization and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, communicating technical decisions clearly and helping remove development blockers.

- Proven experience developing applications with C# (.NET Framework and .NET Core).
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL, including query optimization and performance analysis.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and working with microservices architectures.
- Practical experience with event-driven architecture and system integrations.
- Advanced debugging skills and ability to analyze application and database performance.
- Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of security best practices and development in high-volume environments.
- Ability to work with high autonomy, make technical decisions, and communicate solutions effectively.
- Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience developing with Python and/or Node.js.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as New Relic and Grafana.
- Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka and integrations using Apigee.
- Experience with serverless architectures and continuous deployment tools, especially Azure DevOps.
- Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.

As a Developer III, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that support complex business operations.
