Job Description As a Security Officer Armed Field Patrol in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech and telecommunications location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.83 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMTue10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AMFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency responders as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including exterior areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter boundaries, while helping to identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.Monitor access control points and verify credentials for authorized entry to restricted areas, while helping to support established protocols for a high-technology operating environment.Maintain readiness for an armed post by following post orders, handling assigned equipment in accordance with policy, and reporting security-related issues, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate contact.
