Accountabilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project preparation, execution, and close-out activities.
- Coordinate and monitor all phases of service delivery, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and in line with operational requirements and contractual commitments.
- Manage job cycles across organizational boundaries, ensuring alignment between technical teams, service personnel, and customer expectations.
- Supervise and coordinate field service and technical resources, including personnel assignments, project administration, and operational support.
- Ensure assigned contracts and quotations are fully understood and effectively executed to maximize customer value and project outcomes.
- Support the delivery of multiple products and services while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote adherence to established processes, safety requirements, and organizational standards throughout all service activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful intervention operations and effective resource utilization.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in service delivery coordination within wellbore intervention environments.
- Proven experience in Fishing, Whipstock, Wellbore Clean-Up, and Plug & Abandonment operations.
- Previous offshore operational experience in wellbore intervention projects is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of tool mechanics, hydraulics, tube movement, torque, and drag principles.
- Experience in resource planning, allocation, and coordination across multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Solid technical and operational knowledge of intervention services and associated project execution methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in dynamic operational environments while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
