Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Primary responsibilities related to the system integration, test, and early-use of high-precision tracking radar systems and associated electronic disciplines.This role will be in Eglin, Florida and will require shift work and will be working shoulder-to-shoulder with the customer.Support early use operations on the Deep Space Advanced Radar Capability (DARC) radar system.Performs software testing on the DARC radar system.Review and update Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) within tech manuals and training documentationPrepare test plans, procedures, and reports.Ensure effective communication between assigned engineers and all other participants in the integration and testing process.Support the development of system test solutions in accordance with project technical, schedule and cost constraints.Support early use training on DARC radar system.Participate in, prepare and execute comprehensive system/element level test plans and procedures.Support system/element level test planning and test readiness reviews.Review system engineering documentation to ensure test plans and methodologies meet system needs and are accurate, comprehensive, consistent and complete.Reports to the system integration and test lead.Basic Qualifications:Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access.Minimum of 3 years of hands-on satellite operations and/or missile defense operations experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or, 0 years with a master’s degree in a STEM field.Experience working as part of an Integration and Test or Operations team across multiple engineering disciplinesExperience as a member of a team integrating large, complex systems comprised of diverse HW and SW elementsExperience conducting formal requirement verification test procedures.Experience preparing test reports.The ability to travel <10% travel to Colorado Springs to assimilate with the team at onboarding.
