Job Summary and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and preventative care.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.Respond effectively to emergent situations and provide critical care when necessary.Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.**We are offering a $20,000 sign-on incentive to new hires who meet eligibility requirements**
Job Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing. Registered Nurse: ND (RN:ND)Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by American Heart Association (AHA) Preferred:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
