As a Mid-Market Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, managing their accounts, and identifying and maximizing sales opportunities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of approximately 80 existing NetSuite customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our products or services, and the ability to identify and pursue opportunities for growth. You may also be assigned as a mentor to Emerging Account Managers, helping to complete Business Reviews, and educate on NetSuite systems and processes.

 

Relevant Experience, knowledge and experience

  • Track record of strong sales performance, consistently achieving set quotas and KPI’s
  • An analytical mind and experience with excel.
  • Experience selling to C-level and business owners.
  • A structured and methodical sales process.
  • An ability to have direct conversations about return on investment.
  • A confident communicator competent using PowerPoint.
  • Team player and collaborator.
  • Attention to detail and a sense of urgency paramount.
  • We are open on industry experience, you could have sold software, telecommunications, media, recruitment, attitude is everything.
  • Build C level relationships with your customers, articulating the NetSuite value proposition.
  • Leverage the breadth and depth of the NetSuite Ecosystem, working collaboratively with partners (SP, AP, Edge, Alliances & Associations)
  • Achieve and exceed your sales targets and KPI’s by renewing your assigned accounts, and selling additional modules and services to expand the NetSuite footprint across the customers’ in your assigned territory
  • Act as a mentor for junior, Emerging Account Managers
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, delivering value add solutions for customers (Solution Consulting, ACS, Customer Success, Partners etc)
  • Conduct Annual and Quarterly Business Reviews with Customers, identifying upsell opportunities that map to the NetSuite Suite Success stairway.
  • Pipeline generation, management, and forecasting in line with monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Manage NetSuite CRM (system admin for Opportunities, Renewals and Customer information)

  • Travel as required.
