Bitsight is the global leader in cyber risk intelligence. We pioneered the cyber ratings industry in 2011, and today, more than 3,000 customers - including governments, insurers, and Fortune 500 companies- trust us to help them analyze, measure, and mitigate cyber risk.

At Bitsight, we believe that diverse perspectives drive the next wave of technological innovation. We are expanding our global footprint and are looking for a collaborative, hands-on Recruiting Manager to optimize our global talent acquisition strategy and foster a fair, objective, and inclusive hiring process.

The Role

As our Recruiting Manager, you will lead and optimize Bitsight’s global recruiting efforts. In this role, you will hold the keys to our talent engine - directly managing and mentoring our Recruiting Specialist while personally driving the recruitment strategy for our critical, highly technical, and global roles.

Partnering closely with Engineering, Product, and international business leaders, you will design modern, data-driven, and highly objective hiring strategies. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring Bitsight continues to attract exceptional technical talent across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hands-On Technical & Global Recruiting

  • Act as a "player-coach" by personally managing full-cycle recruiting for critical global roles, with a heavy focus on technical positions (e.g., Software Engineering, Product Management, Cybersecurity, and Data Science).

  • Directly manage, mentor, and support our Recruiting Specialist, aligning their focus with shifting business priorities.

  • Set clear, encouraging performance goals and support the professional growth of your team member.

2. Workday Optimization & Analytics

  • Act as the super-user and internal expert for Workday, ensuring our ATS workflows are fully optimized, clean, and compliant.

  • Leverage Workday data and analytics to track key metrics (such as time-to-fill, candidate pass-through rates, and pipeline health) to identify bottlenecks and present solutions to leadership.

  • Maintain high data integrity within Workday to ensure a transparent, positive experience for global applicants.

3. Global Recruiting Strategy

  • Coordinate and execute recruiting efforts across multiple global regions (including North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific).

  • Navigate international employment standards, compensation trends, and hiring compliance in collaboration with local HR and legal teams.

  • Partner with employer-of-record (EOR) providers or local entities to ensure seamless, compliant onboarding of international hires.

4. Fair, Objective, & Inclusive Hiring

  • Design and implement structured, skills-based interviewing methodologies that focus strictly on core competencies and minimize subjective bias.

  • Proactively expand our sourcing pipelines to ensure we are reaching a broad, representative pool of talent across various geographies and backgrounds.

  • Ensure all recruiting practices align with evolving regional labor laws, compliance requirements, and equal opportunity standards.

Qualifications & Skills

What we're looking for:

  • Technical Recruiting Expertise: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of successfully hiring complex technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, Product Managers) in a fast-paced SaaS, cybersecurity, or tech environment.

  • Workday Requirement: Proven hands-on experience using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required. You should be comfortable building workflows, pulling reports, and maintaining system integrity.

  • Leadership: 1-2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or directly managing recruiting team members in a collaborative environment.

  • Global Perspective: Proven experience managing international candidate pipelines and a strong understanding of cross-border hiring nuances.

  • Objective Recruiter: Deep commitment to fair, merit-based, and objective hiring frameworks (e.g., structured behavioral interviewing).

  • Agile Player-Coach: Comfortable toggling between high-level process strategy and hands-on sourcing and screening.

  • Advanced Sourcing Capability: Proven experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and other sourcing techniques to build high-quality pipelines and attract passive talent for complex technical roles.

  • Communicator: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, multicultural global teams.
