Accountabilities:

    • Conduct user research activities such as interviews, usability testing, field studies, and quantitative/qualitative analysis in collaboration with Product Managers.
    • Map user journeys and flows, identifying friction points and opportunities for product improvement.
    • Define and evolve information architecture and translate business and technical requirements into user-centered solutions.
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs ensuring usability, accessibility, and visual consistency.
    • Participate in squad ceremonies and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams throughout delivery cycles.
    • Deliver clear design specifications and ensure smooth handoff to engineering teams using tools like Figma.
    • Conduct heuristic evaluations, A/B testing, and data-driven analysis to continuously improve product experiences.
    • Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and documentation of design decisions and learnings.
    • Requirements:

      • Proven experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer with a strong end-to-end portfolio.
      • Proficiency in Figma and collaboration tools such as Miro or FigJam.
      • Strong knowledge of responsive design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
      • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-informed design decisions.
      • Hands-on experience working with design systems and engineering handoff processes.
      • Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
      • Experience in financial products, fintech, or credit-related services is a plus.
      • Experience in CRM, B2B2C systems, or sales journeys is also a differential.
      • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams.
