Now, 400+ clients and over 13,000 companies worldwide count on Novata to make collecting, reporting, and acting on sustainability data easy.Job SummaryAs our London-based SDR, you’ll be the first commercial touchpoint for firms across the UK and EMEA identifying, engaging, and qualifying the GPs, CFOs, and ESG leads who need what we build.You’ll work closely with our EMEA Account Executives, feeding a pipeline that converts. This isn’t a role where you read from a script, it’s one where you learn a market, develop a point of view, and build real relationships with sophisticated investors.This role has a clear path to Account Executive. We invest in people who want to grow.What You'll Be DoingSource and qualify new business opportunities across private equity, private credit, and infrastructure firmsBuild and execute a multi-channel outbound strategy: you don’t just follow a sequence, you think about why each touchpoint landsBook discovery calls and demos for EMEA AEsWork leads generated by marketing campaigns and convert them into pipelineMaintain clean, accurate records in HubSpotDevelop fluency in our product suite, our market, and the ESG reporting landscapeShare what’s working - objections, messaging, market signals - back into the teamAbout You1–2+ years in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound role — SaaS or financial services preferredAble to build and execute a multi-channel outbound strategy Comfortable across email, LinkedIn, videos and phone and knows when to use whichCurious about sustainability, private markets, or both: you don’t need to be an expert, but genuine interest mattersHubSpot experience is a plusFluency in a European language and/or Arabic is a meaningful advantage but not requiredImportant NotesThis role is based in London, with hybrid working arrangements (2 days in office).Applicants must be located in and eligible to work in the UK.
