Administrative Assistant - part time (m/f/d)
The Works Council of Red Hat GmbH is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join us in Munich on a part-time basis (20h / week). In this role, you will support the German Works council in various administrative and technical matters. This may include scheduling and organizing meetings, administrating the works council group calendar, recording of meetings, and other similar duties.
What you will do
Coordination and organization of works council meetings, committee meetings and working groups
Preparation of resolution drafts, invitations and attendance lists
Management and organization of records/documents in (currently) Google Drive
Arrange, attend, and be responsible for recording the minutes of Works Council/Committees and Working Groups meetings
Preparation and follow-up on work council meetings, committee meetings, working groups
Management of the works council calendar
Support of the invoice processing and budget management
Preparation of reports, communications and presentations
Administrative support for the works council chairman and the works committee
What you will bring
First experience in working in a multinational organization within an administrative role
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English language
Empathy, discretion and openness for new IT tools
High ability to handle multiple tasks at once and high affinity for team collaboration
