Accountabilities

    • Support the development and execution of community engagement strategies targeting local organizations, businesses, institutions, and residents.
    • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, educational institutions, nonprofits, and employer associations.
    • Coordinate and participate in outreach activities, events, workshops, and initiatives that promote programs and services.
    • Serve as a key point of contact for partner inquiries, feedback, and ongoing relationship management.
    • Identify and support the development of new partnership opportunities to expand community reach and impact.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns aligned with engagement objectives.
    • Contribute to reporting on partnership activities and provide insights to improve engagement effectiveness.
    • Assist in the creation and scheduling of digital content across social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
      • 1–3 years of experience in community outreach, partnership development, marketing, or related roles.
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse groups.
      • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
      • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing systems, and content management tools.
      • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
      • Strong writing and content creation skills are an asset.
      • Experience in event planning, nonprofit work, sales, or creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is considered an advantage.
