Role responsibilities
The EHS Specialist is responsible for executing day-to-day environmental, health, and safety programs at the facility level, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations. They partner with plant leadership and employees to identify hazards, prevent incidents, and drive continuous improvement in EHS performance.
Requirements
Candidates should have 2-5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastics, automotive, or industrial manufacturing. A bachelor's degree in environmental health & safety or a related field is preferred, along with knowledge of OSHA regulations and relevant certifications.
